Our client brought in their sleek Abarth 124 Spider, a high-performance roadster known for its sharp looks and dynamic performance. The goal was to protect the vehicle’s unique styling while enhancing its overall appearance with a flawless finish. We tailored our approach to meet the client’s expectations, combining XPEL Satin Paint Protection Film (PPF), a multi-stage machine polish, and a Gtechniq Ceramic Coating for long-lasting protection and gloss. Additionally, we resprayed the front bumper and completed an interior detail to refresh the vehicle’s cabin.Our Approach1. XPEL Satin PPF Application: Bonnet & BumperTo provide both protection and a custom look, we applied XPEL Satin Paint Protection Film to the bonnet and front bumper. This satin finish adds a subtle, matte look that enhances the Abarth 124 Spider’s aggressive front-end design while offering durable protection against road debris, scratches, and environmental hazards.2. Front Bumper ResprayAs part of the restoration process, the front bumper was resprayed to bring it back to its factory-fresh condition. This step was crucial to ensure a flawless base before applying the PPF and ceramic coating.3. Multi-Stage Machine PolishWe conducted a multi-stage machine polish across the rest of the vehicle to eliminate surface imperfections, swirl marks, and minor scratches. This process not only restores the vehicle’s shine but also enhances the paint’s clarity and depth, preparing the surface for ceramic coating application.4. Gtechniq Ceramic CoatingOnce the polishing was complete, we applied a Gtechniq Ceramic Coating to the entire vehicle. Interior DetailingIn addition to exterior protection, we completed a full interior detail of the Abarth 124 Spider.
